26-01-2023 Nehama Bogin, Chair of IVS Forum, Elected Chair of IREAA

Israel IVS Forum are very pleased to announce that Nehama Bogin, Chair of IVS Forum, has just been elected the next Chair of Israel Real Estate Appraisers Association (IREAA), which represents an overwhelming majority of the 1,800 registered real estate valuers practising in Israel. Nehama will be the first woman to lead the Israeli profession.

Nehama is a prominent valuer in Israel. She regularly appears on Israeli media and has been a columnist for Globes גלובס , the Israeli financial publication. She heads her own eponymous firm, which is one of the leading valuation practices in Israel dealing with development land and urban renewal.

Nehama is a member of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) Advisory Forum Working Group.

Nehama is also a three time racing car champion in Israel.
