20 July 2022 Israel IVS Forum Join ANREV

We are delighted to announce that Israel IVS Forum have joined ANREV, the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (with a representation in the Middle East). We are the first Israeli organisation to become members.

ANREV are one of a trio of global regional associations promoting transparency and professionalism in real estate investment, the others being National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) (North America) and INREV (Europe). All three collaborate.

We hope to learn from ANREV as we set out on our mission to “internationalise” the Israeli investment property sector. We are keen to promote our Israel IVS Forum Index and future market research through the ANREV global network, which is sure to raise international awareness of real estate investment opportunities in Israel – at present an overlooked market, but one which due to the efforts of Israel IVS Forum is set to rise in the global transparency league (see latest publication of JLL Global Real Estate Transparency Index, which specifically mentions the Israel IVS Forum Index).
