Governance
Israel IVS Forum is a non-profit association governed by a Management Board and a Professional Board. The daily management of the organisation is carried out by the Director of IVS Forum, who reports to both boards. Membership of the Management Board and Professional Board is via nomination by the Nominations Committee, comprising represantatives of all senior sponsors, and confirmed by the General Assembly.
The General Assembly consists of all members of the organisation.
Management Board
Management Board comprises the President of IVS Forum, the Chair of the Management Board, the Chair of the Professional Board and up to seven other members of the organisation. Management Board is reponsible for strategy, finance and oversight of the organisation.
Professional Board
Professional Board is the highest level professional body of the organisation and oversees all working groups and professional committees.
